Refund and withdrawal policy

Scope

Every feature of Calisthenics World is currently free. This policy applies to any paid B2B digital export (for example a custom DXF or PDF consultation file) introduced later; prices and taxes are always shown before you pay.

Digital content delivered at once

Exports are generated on demand from your own project and made available for download immediately after payment.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A consumer in the European Union normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For a custom digital file whose supply starts immediately, you expressly request immediate download and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun (Consumer Code art. L221-28, 13°). This is shown and confirmed before payment. Professionals buying for their business have no right of withdrawal.

When we refund anyway

• The file cannot be downloaded or is corrupted and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice or by mistake.
• The file clearly does not match your project at the time of purchase.

Legal guarantees and how to ask

Your statutory guarantees are unaffected. To request a refund, write to contact@uplifdev.pro within 14 days of purchase with your order reference; we answer within 5 working days and refund through the original payment method.
